Policy for Protection of Specified Personal Information
1. Compliance with Related Laws and Regulations
The Company will operate in compliance with the Act on the Use, etc. of Identification Numbers to Identify Specific Individuals in Administrative Procedures and related laws and regulations.
2. Scope of Business Handled
In principle, the specified personal information, etc. handled by the Company shall be as follows:
(1) Notification of tax-related matters such as income tax law for employees
(2) Notification of social insurance and labor insurance
(3) Work related to the preparation of payment records for remuneration, fees, etc.
(4) Preparation of payment records related to dividends and distribution of surpluses
(5) Preparation of payment records for real estate royalties, etc.
(6) Preparation of payment records for consideration for the transfer of real estate, etc.
(7) Notification to administrative agencies incidental to the above.
3. Matters Concerning Safety Management Measures
The security control measures for personal numbers and specified personal information (hereinafter referred to as “specified personal information, etc.”) shall be implemented as follows:
(1) Clarification of the system of responsibility (organizational security control measures)
(2) Submission of written pledges and educational guidance to office staff (personnel safety control measures)
(3) Establishment of off-limits areas (physical safety control measures)
(4) Prohibition of private use of e-mail and periodic virus checks (technical security control measures)
