30 years in business. Dispatching global human resources to various companies.

Konishi Sangyo Co., Ltd. was established in 1991 by Takeshi Konishi, the founder of the company, who went to South America just after the end of the war.
Konishi intended to return to South America after a few years as a migrant worker, but he was unable to return to Japan for more than 30 years because he was too busy living off the hard labor he had taken on, rather than migrating.
However, because I had lived in Brazil for a long time, I was fluent in Portuguese, which came in handy at production sites after returning to Japan.

Although our headquarters is in Shiga Prefecture, I have many friends and acquaintances throughout Japan, so my job naturally became to connect Japanese and Brazilians. We are proud of the fact that we are able to provide excellent human resources to companies through training in language, customs, and attitude toward life to these highly motivated workers.
We also make every effort to eliminate any concerns or worries that our foreign workers may have about their daily lives. We do everything possible to support our foreign workers, such as by providing dormitories, arranging housing, and assisting with government filings.

Currently, we have dispatched approximately 800 foreign workers living in Japan to mainly manufacturing companies in Shiga, Mie, Nagano, and Aichi prefectures. We have more than 300 company dormitories with furniture and appliances for workers to live in. There are more than 50 pick-up and drop-off vehicles for commuting. We are still dispatching foreign workers to companies in a variety of industries, and our extensive nationwide network enables us to quickly gather human resources from all over Japan in response to changes in the economy and business climate. As a member of the international community, all of our staff will continue to work together and make further efforts in the future.
