Personal Information Protection Policy
Konishi Sangyo Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) regards the protection of personal information as an important matter and has established and implemented the “Personal Information Protection Policy” as follows.
1. Acquisition and Use of Personal Information
When acquiring personal information, the Company shall clarify the purpose of acquisition, obtain the consent of the individual, and use the information appropriately within the scope of the purpose of use. The Company will not use personal information for any other purposes without the consent of the person concerned.
2. Formulation and Continuous Improvement of Compliance Program
The Company’s directors and employees recognize the importance of protecting personal information, and have established a compliance program to protect personal information, which is implemented, maintained, and continually improved.
3. Collection, Use, and Provision of Personal Information
In collecting, using, and providing personal information in accordance with the Company’s business activities and operational conditions, the Company will handle such information appropriately in accordance with the Company’s established regulations.
4. Implementation of Security Measures
The Company have established regulations and implemented safety measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal information and the loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage of personal information, so that personal information will not be leaked outside the company or improperly tampered with.
5. Respect for Rights
The Company respect the rights of individuals regarding their personal information, and respond appropriately to requests for disclosure, correction, or deletion of their own personal information in light of socially accepted norms and practices.
6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
The Company will comply with laws, regulations, and other norms related to personal information, ensure that all employees understand the importance of protecting personal information, and implement appropriate handling methods.
7. Provision of Personal Information
In accordance with Article 23, Paragraph 4, Item 3 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Company will jointly use the personal information it has acquired in the following manner:
(1) Items of personal data to be shared (staff information and information provided by workers)
(2) Scope of joint use (Konishi Corporation, Konishi Sangyo Corporation, Allkay Co.)
(3) Purposes of joint use (recruitment and selection, personnel and labor management, welfare and personnel services)
(4) Person responsible for the management of personal data (Eiji Konishi, Representative Director of Konishi Sangyo Co.)
Other than the above, personal data will not be used for any other purpose or provided to any third party without the prior consent of the individual concerned.
